Yesterday was Rick's and my 3 year anniversary, for those of you who couldn't figure it out by the countdown time line (such as Heather, so this post is for her..lol). What a 3 years Rick and I have had together. We met, we got pregnant, we moved in together, had a baby, then we moved again, then got pregnant again, then had another baby and then moved again, and then got engaged, and a whole bunch of stuff in between that. Now we are on our way to a wedding, and then a house, and hopefully a vacation somewhere. Oh, and hopefully a boat so Rick and I can spend the rest of our lives fishing.
We never celebrated our anniversary yesterday because we chose to have Kaylee's 1st birthday party before easter came. Kaylee never dug into the cake as much as I thought she would, I think Aidan (her cousin for those who don't know him) got more of a handful his first try than Kaylee did. Rick and I are going to celebrate our anniversary on another day. Wonder what he has in store for me..I guess I better think of something to do for him....ANY IDEAS ANYONE?

Happy Anniversary guys! your last three years has sure been busy - how are you gonna keep that up for the next three? haha.
as for an idea - i am the worst at ideas...i think i did the same thing for Rod almost every year we've been together (going on 8 years) - i would always rent a hot tub room at the Sask Inn & we'd go there in the afternoon & stay until they kicked us out...it was especially fun on Saturday nites, cause we'd sit in the hot tub & watch Hockey Night In Canada. Now, as we've noticed, this gets a little tough (& expensive) with kids....so, now that we have a kid, i'm crap out of ideas....

Janelle, I don't think Rick can top the engagement surprise. I'd like to see him try though.
