Leave it up to Daddy

So, I asked Rick to tuck in MacKenzie for bed tonight...I assumed that he had gone to bed as well, as he wasn't feeling well, and he hadn't come back downstairs...but he didn't say goodnight. So I thought maybe MacKenzie convinced Rick to read her a bedtime story, so I thought I would take my camera and catch them in a moment. This is the moment I happened to capture. Now, I am assuming that Rick wanted to take advantage of a moment and cuddle with MacKenzie while she fell asleep. And now that she got a new, and bigger bed, there is room to do that. For anyone that doesn't know Rick, he can fall asleep almost anywhere and in almost any position when he is tired. Poor MacKenzie! its only a single bed...and she gets the edge of it...lol.


My first flash woke Mack up, so that is why she is smiling in this picture. But I had to take a full size picture of this moment. Because Rick won't believe me in the morning. So Mack woke up and asked if she could sleep in my bed because Daddy was snoring.


MacKenzie is also getting to be a big girl. She is learning to play games on the computer. She is learning some good hand and eye coordination skills. Her favorite game is Max and Ruby Dress Up. I didn't even learn how to really use a computer til I was in Grade 8...and she is only 3. We have played this game a few times, with me doing most of the mouse control, but today she was doing it all by herself, and all I did was sit and watch so she didn't click out of her game.
