MacKenzie's 4th Birthday >> Princess Party

We had MacKenzie's 4th Birthday party today at the community center where we live. We made a crown craft, opened gifts, had cake, played a few games and otherwise enjoyed the company of each other. Everything went very well. The kids listened great, and I am sure had a fun time. I made MacKenzie's birthday cake this year, with the help of my mom....THANKS MOM... she put on almost all of the icing and smoothed it out nicely for me to help decorate. I baked it though...lol. I got the idea from the internet. I took two different cakes, and combined the ideas of them to get Mack's cake. I'm pretty happy with the way it turned out. Betty Crocker helped with the icing though...I hate making my own, so we bought the white whipped icing, and just added food coloring. I almost hated cutting it. Anyways here are a few pictures from our FUN afternoon....ENJOY...
The Castle Cake

All set up and ready to go
Even Cooper wore a birthday hat
Cheyanna and Mack decorating their crowns
Aunty Kim helping Kaylee
Kaylee, dancing and so proud, showing off her crown
The birthday princess
All the kids with their crowns they made...lol we couldn't get them all looking to the camera at once, but oh well
Accessories for her bedroom

Singing Happy Birthday to Mack
Playing Pin the Birdie on Cinderella's Hand game...they all kept peeking, except for Aidan, who thought it was neat he couldn't see
All MacKenzie's birthday gifts...missing a few in the picture though

A little tired from the festivities. Mack crawled up on Rick, and said I want to cuddle, and withing minutes fell asleep, as did he...lol
