Buns
So last night I decided I was going to tackle Rick's Mom's Overnight Buns Recipie. I have only ever made homemade bread twice; once with Rick's grandma's help, and then once by myself. Both times it turned out perfect. So I thought buns should be just as easy. They definitely were. I was so excited, I had to take pictures of the stages of my buns...lol. I was starting to get a little disappointed last night before bed, cause the dough hadn't risen that much, but this morning I was pleased to find that they actually were starting to look like buns. So here are my pictures of my first experience of buns. Enjoy!! I know I sure did, cause they taste GREAT and are so light and fluffy!!

hint, hint.
no kidding...Rick is one lucky guy to be able to come home to that!!
yummy!!! I can't wait to make bread & buns in my breadmaker, but I need to get yeast first! haha
The buns look great!
Heather-See I'm not a geek..look how many people commented on my buns...lol
Janelle-I will send you the recipie
Renee-I don't use a bread maker, never have, don't think I would know how to use one..lol...can you do buns in them too?
Wow, way to go. I have yet to try making buns.
They look good. Did you remember to cover them with a T Towel? Bread in a bread maker is not as good as it is done the old fashion way by hand. You could probably do the dough in a bread maker but would still have to bake in oven. Gramma used to say that the key to good bread and buns is in the kneading. I'm not a fan of breadmakers.
That anonymous must have been mom haha...but i agree bread maker bread isn't as good as homemade kneaded bread, like our Grams!! And Angie if you had strong hands like Grams to knead that dough, YOUR SET!!! i CANT wait to taste one!!!
